We're committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a faulty or misrepresented product, we offer a refund or replacement. Please email us with complete details and attach photos to illustrate the issue. Once we receive your information, we'll get in touch with you and provide guidance on how to resolve the issue. Please note that you must report any faulty or misrepresented products in writing within 7 days of receiving them; products can be sent within 14 days of receiving them. Claims made after this time may be subject to relevant legislation and may not be accepted by us. We strive to provide the best quality products and take extra care to avoid any missing pieces. Our manufacturing facilities are designed to print, cut, and package all puzzles with 99.9% accuracy. However, our little wooden puzzles have small parts, so we recommend building them in a deep dish tray or frame to minimise the risk of dropping or losing any piece.


If your refund is approved, we'll notify you and process it within 7 days of acceptance using the same payment method you used to purchase the product. Please note that shipping costs and merchant fees are non-refundable, and we may offer a replacement part or product at our discretion.
