All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Cost of Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over $100 to destinations within Australia, except hard to reach rural areas that incur an additional fee from Australia Post.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@puzzleartaust.com  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

While we strive for perfection, we understand that some pieces may be small and could potentially be misplaced. We recommend that you exercise extra care when starting your puzzle, and we suggest using a deep tray to prevent any accidental loss of pieces.

In the rare instance that you do encounter a missing piece, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your puzzle. We will promptly address the issue and provide a solution to ensure your complete satisfaction.
